Robbie Maddison pulled out of Moto X

One of the big stars of Freestyle Motocross Robbie Maddison has pulled out of Moto X Best Trick and Freestyle at X Games 17. He informed the world via his Facebook and Twitter account. Due to compresing his spine last week he is unable to ride. Even though he did everything to be able to ride – every chiropractic and muscular-skeletal theraphy, he couldn’t ride his bike as much as he should have before X Games 17 and it would be dangerous to risk his health in that way. However, Maddo will still be competing in Rally and RallyCross as the load on the body isn’t that bad as in Moto X. Robbie has also apologized on his social network accounts:

“I apologize to all of ,my sponsors and fans for this injury This will make me a better athlete and I will bring you what you want. Things have changed in camp Maddo. Some new staff as of today, new motivation to rectify and conquer!” (via Facebook)

One Aussie is out and another one is in. Josh Sheehan is replacing Robbie in Moto X Best Trick and Freestyle at X Games 17.  As the X Games 17 starts today, I wish Sheeny, Maddo and everybody good luck and be safe!
