Obviously, Nico Hülkenberg is that type of a driver, who will not be struggling in a team he does not think worth that. Virgin had offered him a seat for 2011, but Nico had turned them down due to poor performance of the team. Team Virgin has prepared the presentation of the car MVR-02 on 7th February in London.
There are also some rumors, that Paul di Resta might replace Vitantonio Liuzzi in Force India and be Adrian Sutil’s team mate. However, Liuzzi is having a valid contract for this season and is very ambitious in staying in the team and he will do everything just to stay. I am wondering if Force India pays him off or will wait one more year…
Team McLaren is having some smaller troubles too. They had to postpone the launch of the new car MP4-26 on 4th February. So they will use a provisional version of the car during the test in Valencia on 1st-3rd February.
However, Lotus Renault GP has already presented the new lacquering for season 2011. We’ve already know it’ll be black and gold, but they introduced it on Renault R30 car last week on the Autosport show in Birmingham. Also Lotus Renault GP is having an English license instead of French, so if they will win a race, which obviously is their target, the anthem of Great Britain will be played not the French one.
